Pathways Trailer

AMDSB’s new Pathways Trailer is an exciting initiative that will bring skilled trades opportunities to schools in the district. The trailer will be outfitted with workshops that support the Ontario Youth Apprenticeship Program (OYAP), the Specialist High Skills Major Program (SHSM) and other experiential learning programs. The workshops will support education and career/life planning for students in all grades. The workshops will engage students to explore various careers and post-secondary opportunities through hands-on learning at an early age.

 

The workshops will focus on math, science and technology and will help students make connections to the Ontario curriculum.

 

 

AMDSB is partnering with Technical Training Group (TTG) to support the exposure of the skilled trades and apprenticeship pathway to students in elementary and secondary schools.
