Administrative Procedure (AP) 410 Environmental Health and Safety; AP 175 Accidents, Incidents and Occupational Illness; AP 314 Supporting Students with Prevalent Medical Conditions in Schools

Each person licensed to apply pesticides shall ensure compliance with the Ontario Pesticide Act.

1.1 It is the responsibility of the principal to report to the facilities administrator that pesticide use is/may be a trigger to a student with a prevalent medical condition in their care.
