This is an 8 week introduction to mindful parenting, exploring two areas: 1) how parents and caregivers can use mindfulness for their own welfare and wellbeing and 2) how to incorporate mindfulness into our day to day with our children so they can learn to respond to their stress in a healthy way.
This course will be available at mindfulmike.ca so participants will be able to log in, watch the videos and implement the exercises at their own pace and time. They will be released
