If you're feeling anxious or nervous about the 2021-2022 school year, you're not alone! Our Mental Health and Well-Being team asked local mindfulness coach "Mindful Mike" Masse (mindfulmike.ca) to share some strategies that students and parents/caregivers can use to help calm their nerves.
