Student Access to the Student Information Portal

During the summer of 2022, the Avon Maitland District School Board is transitioning to a new Student Information System. As a result, the Student Information Portal WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE after August 18, 2022.
If students need to access their report cards or timetables, they should contact their school during the last week of August. Information about the new Student Information Portal will be posted in the fall of 2022.
Secondary students (grades 9 to 12) can access report cards, secondary timetables and much more in the Student Information Portal (SIP)!
In order to log in the student will need:
  1. The student's AMDSB user name (the information before in their school email address)
  2. The password that was previously provided.
  • If you have never logged in, please contact your school tech support at one of these addresses.
  • If you have logged in before but now forget your password, please click on "request a password change" on the the Portal login page. You will be asked to enter your username and AMDSB Board Gmail address. A new password will be automatically generated and will be sent to your AMDSB Gmail address.
Report cards are available under the "Personal | Multimedia" tab.

Secondary timetables are available under the "Timetable" tab. Parents/guardians and students should direct questions, concerns or change requests to the school.

Secondary credit history is available under the "Transcripts" tab.

Student attendance is available under the "Attendance" tab.
