Student Information Portal

NOTICE (Feb 26, 2021): The Student Information Portal is experiencing technical difficulties. We are working to resolve the issue. Please stay tuned.

NEW!!!! As of February 16, 2021 parents are able to create their own account to access our Student Information Portal (SIP). Until now, parents had to use their child’s login details (email address) but now they can create their own account with our self-registration process (details below).

Secondary students (grades 9 to 12) will be able to continue using their own login details (AMDSB email) for the SIP to access timetables and other information (full details at the bottom of this page).

Student Information Portal (Parent Access) NEW!!!!

As of February 16, 2021, parents/guardians are able to self-register for access to the Student Information Portal (SIP) to view report cards, timetables and more. Please note that schools will inform parents/guardians when report cards are available for viewing.

In order to access the SIP parents/guardians need to click on the school portal link (listed below). They can then create their own account by clicking: “Create Account”.

It is very important that the email address that you are using to create an account is the same one that the school(s) has on file (this allows the system to ensure the correct person is accessing the information).

Once your account has been created, you will receive an activation email.
If you do not receive the email, it could be because:
  • It was redirected to your SPAM/Junk folder by your email provider.
  • The email you used to create the account does not match the email that the school has on file (this is very important). Contact your school’s tech support email address to ensure your email address is up to date. Click here for the full list.

Important:

  • Only the parent or guardian who is identified in the child’s student record as the ‘mother’, ‘father’ or ‘legal guardian’ will be able to access this information. If a parent does not have legal access to the student’s information, they will be able to create an account but not be able to access the information.
  • Parents/guardians of students 18 and over will not be able to access the student’s information.

The First Time You Login:

  • Your “user name” is your email address.
  • If you have multiple children, they will all be automatically added to your account. You can toggle between students by selecting the arrow, select the student you wish to view and click on “GO”. This will bring you to the student record at their school.
